Do I have to book before joining?
No. Walk-ins are welcome - drop your blocker in the chat when the session opens. Booking 30 minutes first just means I have seen the problem and can give it a proper slot.
What happens in the 30-minute call?
You show me the problem and we work out whether it makes a good hot seat. Some are quick enough to solve on the spot; the rest go on the agenda for the next clinic.
Who sees what I share?
The live session is a public-style format, so sanitize before you screenshare. A 1:1 booking stays between us.
Is this really free?
Yes. Always. No upsell, no pitch.
